Pay by card in your currency, monthly or yearly. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel in Settings; yearly plans end after the year unless you renew. The first payment is refundable within 14 days. Agency is invoiced. Any tax is shown before you pay.

Every fix in your website report can be taken on its own: do it yourself with our instructions, have our team do it once, or have us keep it up monthly. Each has a stated number of days, and a fix that isn't live within them isn't charged.

You order these from your website report, where each one shows why it's recommended. A fix that isn't live within its stated days isn't charged. A monthly service renews by card each month until you stop it, with no minimum term.

Questions
What does the Mission guarantee cover?
If we can't find at least five businesses whose own websites show they fit what you sell, we refund the Mission in full.
What is a credit?
Credits pay for work in your workspace: three credits for each business added with its evidence, one for each message sent or scheduled check run, and 90 for a full website report. A plan's credits arrive each month and never expire. When they run out, the work that uses them pauses and says so. Nothing is bought for you.
Can I cancel?
Any time. A monthly plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for, and a yearly plan ends after its year. Your data is yours to export before and after.
Can I get my money back?
The first payment for a plan is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days, and a one-off job is refunded in full until our work on it starts. Write to support@kwikl.com from the email you paid with.
What does “not live within the stated days, not charged” mean?
Each fix we make for you has a number of days to be live on your site, counted from your approval and your giving us access. If it isn't live by then, you aren't charged. It's a promise about our work, not about your results.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly, or pay for ten months and get a year. Yearly plans don't renew without your confirmation.
Do you run ads for me?
We don't run advertising by default. If you want help with ads, talk to our team.
Are taxes included?
Prices don't include tax. Where tax applies, it is shown before you pay.
